MOGADISHU, Somalia - Although the main point of focus was anchored in the appointment of Mukhtar Robow, the former Al-Shabaab deputy commander as the new minister for Endowment and Religious Affairs, Prime Minister Hamza Abdi did make a few appointments that were notable on Tuesday.
