MOGADISHU, Somalia - To conclude his tenure as the head of government, Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble on Sunday instigated radical surgery in the National Intelligence and Security Agency [NISA], a state organ responsible for the collection of intelligence.
In the latest changes, Roble, who successfully concluded elections in the fragile country, brought in Mahad Salad as the new NISA Director General, replacing Yasin Farey, who had been in charge of six the unceremonious exit of Fahad Yasin.
