MOGADISHU- Former spy chief Fahad Yasin suffered a significant blow on Saturday after the Supreme Court was asked to throw out his case, which was filed last week, in which he's challenging the electoral agency's decision to nullify his victory.
The Federal Electoral Implementation Committee [FEIT] had nullified Yasin's HOP086 victory last month, insisting that the polls were marred with fraud and voter bribery, which Yasin is contesting at the Supreme Court.
