NAIROBI, Kenya - Opposition outspoken Somali female legislator Amina Mohamed Abdi may have been, after all, a victim of state-orchestrated assassinations targeting government critics, in what, if confirmed independently, could expose the link between Al-Shabaab and security agents in Somalia.
