MOGADISHU, Somalia - The final attempt by outgoing President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo to sabotage elections in Somalia was effectively thwarted on Monday, thanks to vigilant Puntland regional troops who were within the vicinity of Aden Adde International Airport.
