MOGADISHU, Somalia - The newly appointed Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre has laid down a number of issues he will give priority to just moments after the parliament of the federal republic of Somalia approved him as the new leader of the government, replacing Mohamed Hussein Roble.
During Saturday's session, parliament unanimously approved Hamza Abdi Barre as the Prime Minister of the country, becoming the 21st man to hold the docket, which runs the government business including coordination of projects and formation of a cabinet.
